Started in the early 2000’s, “BE A STAR!” is one the pioneering shows in all of Live Band Karaoke! Sharing the stage with National Touring musicians and bands, Hollywood Stars, and top CEO’s of Fortune 500 companies; BE A STAR! has proven itself as a premier entertainment choice.
STEEL ROD is the main cover band behind the “BE A STAR!” show, which was dubbed by fans early on, (and is still known by many) as “Sing with STEEL ROD.” They brought in additional professionals to ensure that BE A STAR! Live Band Karaoke is more of an interactive concert rather than just a band playing songs.
With a weekly residency at California’s San Manuel Casino that lasted almost half a decade, before being recruited over to Fantasy Springs Casino, the show solidified itself early on as one of the best in the industry. Since then, the show has continued to grow in popularity, expand its song selection and gain recognition as the premier, go-to choice for live band karaoke shows.
Regularly, the BE A STAR! Live Band Karaoke show produce and host large Singing Competitions and work with radio stations that include JackFM, KCal-FM, KLOS 99.1 KGGI, X103.9, 99.5The Heat. They also have an impressive private and corporate event resume.
