Johnny Reyes has been playing drums since age 11. Born of Mexican descent, he was influenced by his parents’ love of music ranging from Salsa to Motown.
As a young teenager, Reyes performed in various original acts with much older musicians that led to performances at venues like The Troubadour, Roxy & Whiskey, among countless others surrounding Hollywood’s Sunset Strip.
In 1992, Reyes began performing professionally fronting & playing percussion for a Top 40/R&B/Latin cover band called KAOS. Gaining extensive performance experience, he was also brought on to play alongside artists such as Rose Royce, Tierra, & Lisa Lisa & The Cult Jam. Since then, has gained even more experience both as a drummer and a businessman.
